We want you to love your purchase! Please read our policy below regarding returns, exchanges, and refunds.
Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
- General Rule: Returns and exchanges are permitted for all products unless explicitly stated otherwise in the product description or collection details.
- Time Limit: You must ship the products back to us within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Condition: The returned item must be:
- Unworn
- Unpacked (in its original packaging)
- In the same condition as it was delivered to you.
- Inspection: Upon receiving the returned article, our team will inspect it for any signs of wear and tear. The return or exchange will only be approved if the product condition is satisfactory.
What is Not Considered a Clothing Fault?
- Color Difference: Minor color variation between the website image and the actual product is common and is not considered a clothing fault.
- Faults Accepted: Only visible defects (e.g., tears, major stains) or a size variation outside of the acceptable tolerance range will be considered a manufacturing fault.
Refund & Credit Details
1. For Approved Returns (Not Due to Our Fault)
- Refund Type: All approved returns not due to a clothing fault will be credited ONLY AS STORE CREDIT. Cash Refunds are not possible.
- Deductions: The store credit will have a deduction of Rs. 250 to cover the original shipping charges.
2. For Paid Orders Not Received by the Buyer
- If a prepaid order is not received by the buyer (e.g., refusal at delivery, incorrect address provided), the order value will be credited back with the following deductions:
- Original Shipping Fees: Rs. 250
- Platform Processing Fee: 2.5% of the total order value
🔄 The Returns Process & Timeline
- Generate a Query: Contact our customer service team to initiate your return request.
- Quality Review: Our Quality Department will review the issue and respond to you. After reviewing the product, we may offer an exchange or store credit for future purchases if a major fault is confirmed.
- Reverse Pickup: If a reverse pickup is initiated from our side, please note that it takes approximately 10–15 days from the time you dispatch the item until it reaches our facility.
- Credit Processing: We can only process your store credit/refund after we have received and inspected the return packet. We will process the credit within 5–6 working days of receiving your return.
- Total Time: Please allow approximately 20–25 days in total for the entire return and credit process to be completed.
